Travel Tag game!

As I scrolled through wordpress reader I stumbled across a few responses to what was labelled, Travel Tag Questionairs. As I read I could see this was an online tag game where you share priority travel equipment and experiences. Now that I have your attention guess what? YOUR IT! 😛 This is a great method to really get to know a travellers blog and retrieve information about the world of travel. As Danny and I travel the world together this questionnaire pulled us both together to answer the questions as a double opinion. At the end of this questionnaire I will repost the questions for you to copy and answer for yourself, once you post your answers don’t forget to link your post in the comment section so we can see your responses too! So lets get started.

  1. How many countries have you visited?

We have visited 4 countries; Ireland, England, Mallorca and Tenerife. Within them 4 countries we only truly travelled 2. Mallorca and Tenerife where Danny and I lived for minimum of 6 months to explore the Islands culture, not as a tourists but as residents.

  1. Why do you travel?

Both Danny and I disagree with the expectations of society on our lives. Grow up, get a job, settle down and have children. We travel because we believe there is more to life than living to fill someone else’s pocket with mean less cash without even a thank you.  hence our saying,

We work to live, not live to work,

  1. Favourite city or country?

Mallorca without a shadow of doubt. Such a beautiful country from head to toe filled with gracious residents and breath-taking scenery.

  1. Most memorable experience abroad?

Oh dear, so many memories to choose from. After a few moments of reminiscing on our past adventures we have concluded a day in Tenerife where we rented a boat and sailed the Atlantic sea is a day we both truly cherish.

  1. Best item purchased abroad?

Shauna My blonky. (A blanket/shawl) I have never been a sentimental person, even as a child but my blonky comes everywhere. It has saved Danny and I on numerous occasions. From picnics to cold evening wrap ups my blonky has always been there to save the day.

  1. Advice for those who want to travel but think they can’t?

There is no such thing as your cant. There is multiple ways to travel as I describe in 4 flexible ways to travel. Which one suits you?  .Negativity will always hold you back and will continue to if you don’t change your mindset. That been said just Shhhh and Go!

  1. Travel accessory you always pack?

Headphones and Phone. Having the ability to listen to music while on the go is a pleasure in itself. Long plane flights or overnight coaches can glide by at a much more pleasurable pace once to can reside yourself to your own little world at your desire.

This has been a very fun method to kill the hangover of two dying travellers. As we curl ourselves back to bed we leave these questions for you. Have fun!
